1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on theCuratedDesk  are digital, downloadable goods (e.g., ebooks, templates, planners, guides). Because these items are delivered instantly and can be accessed, copied, or saved immediately after purchase, they are different from physical merchandise and our policy reflects that.

2. All Digital Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered or access has been granted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong item by mistake, or no longer want the product.

3. When We Will Offer a Refund

We want you to be able to use what you buy. We will offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and your situation falls into one of the categories below:

  • Non-delivery: You did not receive a working download link or access to the product within a reasonable time after payment.
  • Defective or corrupted file: The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
  • Not as described: The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.
  • Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged twice for the same item.

To request a refund under these terms, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date (see Section 5). Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

4. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.
  • You already downloaded and made substantial use of the product.
  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (we're happy to help you exchange it for the correct one instead — see Section 6).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at curateddesk@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address used at checkout
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will respond within [2–3] business days and let you know whether your request is approved.

6. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong product, contact us at curateddesk@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We're happy to swap it for the correct item of equal value, where available.

7. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a question or issue with your order, please contact us first at curateddesk@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're happy to resolve issues directly and can typically do so faster than a formal dispute process.
