Everything at theCuratedDesk is an instant digital download. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with your download link — no waiting, nothing physical ships.
What format are the guides and workbooks in?
Every product is delivered as a PDF. You can read it on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print it at home if you prefer working on paper.
I didn't receive my download email — what do I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, email curateddesk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once your download link has been delivered, with a few exceptions — non-delivery, a corrupted file, or a duplicate charge. See our Refund Policy for the full details and how to request one.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Shopify's checkout will show your order converted to your local currency if you're paying from outside Kenya.
Do I need an account to buy something?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to find your past downloads later.
